• Studioaiko background.
When I was young, I loved to draw and wanted to become an artist. I began with drawing images from cartoons or photographs. I tried to created fancy characters from my imagination. After I graduated from
communication design of Bangkok University, I started working as a graphic designer in a game developer
company for 2 years. Then, I had an opportunity to develop 8 children books. I did everything from scratch
for example sketch design, background design, and character design. I finished children book project within 8 months.
In 2006, I became a full-time freelance graphic designer and opened www.studioaiko.com.I have met
lots of cool clients from different countrie. I’ve been a part-time professor of communication design faculty
at Bangkok University since 2008.
•Who are main inspirations and influences
I think Hayao Miyazaki, Tim Burton and John Burgerman have influenced me. Their amazing works have
pushed me to draw more and more. I want to improve myself to create my own style (the style that people
see and say “Hey! That’s Studioaiko”).

Yes, I’ve been working on my own Comic book “ The Devy Jone ’s Locker”. I’m also developing
Studioaiko’s products. I want my products to look funny and cute.
